Research has shown that we fill positions 12x faster than our average client and cost 3x less by eliminating the need to dedicate internal resources to recruiting, onboarding, compliance, taxes, personnel relations, unemployment and insurance costs (we handle all of that).

Recruiting is our singular focus. Costs will depend on a number of factors including pay rate, volume, degree of complexity in your job requirements, etc. We’re committed to providing quality employees at a competitive rate, and will always share costs upfront before signing any agreements. Because we are the employer of record, we cover several costs including Social Security, Medicare, unemployment insurances, workers’ compensation, employee benefit costs, and Affordable Care Act (ACA) compliance and filing costs. Additionally, we cover benefits including healthcare, vision, and dental to all employees so you don’t have to.

We support placements nationwide for travel and provide local staff in Oklahoma, Kansas, Mississippi and Texas with more locations coming soon.

We have a comprehensive recruiting program utilizing a broad range of sources, including, sourcing from our extensive internal database, candidate referrals, third-party job boards, social-media and internet advertising, job fairs, job referral organizations and other targeted recruitment sources.

Depending on your needs, it can be as quick as a few hours. Once your facility is part of the Openwork Health family, you’ll have be able to tap into your dedicated team with a simple phone call or email.

We take great pride in the quality of our candidates. Prior to hire, our team qualifies each candidate through an interview, conducts competency assessments and completes background checks through a third party to ensure each healthcare professional meets our standards which, by the way, have been validated by The Joint Commission.

Yes. All of our workers are covered by our Workers Compensation insurance policy (which, by the way: not all staffing & recruiting firms offer since it is not required by law). We also offer health, dental, and vision benefits to all Openwork Health employees.
