1988
QS Nurses is born
In the late 80s, QS Nurses opened in Great Bend, Kansas (the heart of the United States).
2022
New ownership
A new family joins forces with the original team to help bring Terry and Christy's legacy of leadership and innovation to even more employees, facilities, and communities.
2023
Joint Commission certified
We receive the great honor of being Joint Commission certified.
2023
Travel healthcare division launch
In April 2023, our travel division is born, opening up employers and per diem employees to a world of new possibilities.

QS Nurses is rebranded as Openwork Health to expand the business beyond its original central Kansas roots.

From notifying you of any missing or expiring documentation to setting you up with any required doctor visits – you can count on them to get the job done.
PAYROLL TEAM
Our payroll team works tirelessly to ensure you're paid accurately and on time. They'll reach out every pay period to confirm your hours and keep you in the loop, but If you have any questions about your paycheck, overtime, or timesheet, they're just an e-mail away.
CLINICAL TEAM
Our clinical team, led by our Director of Nursing (DON), acts as your professional backbone, offering clinical oversight, compliance expertise, and development guidance. They oversee clinical protocols and serve as a vital resource for navigating patient-care challenges. From regulatory compliance to hands-on patient support, they’re dedicated to helping you thrive in your healthcare career.
